Terms and Conditions of Booking

Copyright
Copyright in all parts of all images created is assigned to Square Carrot Photography and remains the
property of the photographer as per the law relating to the copyright of photographs
(Amended in Federal Parliament in July 1998) Square Carrot Photography reserves all copyright
privileges including commercial use.


Fees/Payment

  1. A non-refundable booking deposit or full session fee of $100 is payable at time of booking - The balance if any is due at time of sitting - to be paid before leaving the studio.

  2. Failure to meet an appointment may incur loss of some, or all of your booking deposit. 48 Hour notice needs to be given for a Cancellation.

 

Indemnity

  1. The photographer will do everything possible to ensure the safety of all the people in the portraits and has the right to stop the shoot at anytime if he/she feels the safety of anyone is compromised.

  2. Any children under 18 years of age, will be under constant supervision during the session by their parents/guardian and will be responsible for them at all times.

  3. You agree to indemnify Square Carrot Photography, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers, agents, employees, service providers, and suppliers harmless from any dispute that may arise from the taking of your portraits. While our photographers do their best to keep you safe, You are responsible for your own safety as well as the safety of any minors that accompany you.

Final Product 

  1. Professional Image Enhancement - All images are professionally edited and balanced. Please note that images are not PHOTOSHOPPED OR RETOUCHED/MANIPULATED, my style is natural and storytelling. This service is not something I offer.

  2. All photos are delivered in high resolution JPG's (RAW files are not supplied even upon request)

  3. Images will be sent via an email with a download link

  4. Download link is only available for 7 DAYS

  5. You can use the images where you like however please refrain from applying FILTERS on the images as this creates a false sense of my services.
